At Fresh Fussion, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality beverages to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy once an order has been delivered.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns on any juices, shakes, milk, detox drinks, or related items after delivery. We request you to kindly check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there is any issue.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.
  • The order was cancelled before dispatch.

Once verified, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Delivery Timeline

We currently operate in Faridabad only.
Orders are delivered within 20 to 60 minutes, depending on your location and order volume.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement. After that, cancellations may not be accepted due to product preparation timelines.
