  • Orders are delivered within 20 to 60 minutes, depending on the exact location and order volume.

2. Product Freshness

  • All products are freshly prepared and delivered in real time.

  • Due to their perishable nature, products should be consumed within the recommended time mentioned on the packaging.

3. Order Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email.

  • Please ensure the contact details provided are accurate.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 15 minutes of placement only.

  • After this period, orders go into preparation and cannot be altered.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We follow a strict no-return policy after delivery.

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases of wrong, damaged, or spoiled products and must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with proof.
